fix(product): declare propertyId as Long in the property value page query

ProductPropertyValuePageReqVO.propertyId was a String while the DO column and ProductPropertyValueSaveReqVO are Long. MySQL coerces '100008' to a number silently, but PostgreSQL rejects the comparison, so filtering property values by property in the admin UI returned 500: ERROR: operator does not exist: bigint = character varying Bind the query parameter as Long. Spring MVC converts "100008" without any change on the frontend, and a non-numeric value now fails validation with 400 instead of reaching the database. Fixes #1293
