✨ feat(mes): 移除质检指标精简列表接口并重构选择器组件
移除不再使用的质检指标精简列表接口，更新相关前端组件以支持新的选择器交互方式。选择器现在使用只读输入框和弹窗选择，提升用户体验和交互性。
